Return Policy

Please Contact Us for  information on returning a product prior to doing so.  You may return any item you are dissatisfied with within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping.  There is no refund for shipping cost and you (the customer) are responsible for all return shipping cost.  You must call prior to returning any product so you can get the proper authorization number for return.  No product will be accepted or reviewed for a refund without this authorization number.  All items being returned must be in original box and in the same new condition as you received it.  The manufacturer will have full discretion of the condition of the returned item.  Product must be able to be resold and some items will have a restocking fee.   We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if you're not satisfied with whatever you purchase from us, you can return it with options to exchange it or get your money back.  You can be assured we will work diligently to resolve your dissatisfaction so that you are satisfied with your purchase.  We value you as a person and as a customer and look forward to working with you again.

The Rhino Shelter Two (2) Year Warranty does not cover the following:

Damage to the product due to misuse, mishandling, and abuse. Products not used in accordance with manufacturer's instructions or recommendations. Normal wear and tear, along with wearing of the cover due to improper installation of cover and doors. Damage to the contents (items inside or under) of the shelter. Damage that has occurred during shipping. Acts of God. In addition, consequential damage and incidental damages, such as damage to persons or property are not covered under this warranty, and you should refer to your homeowner's insurance policy as with any other outside structure.


The Earthcare Five (5) Year Limited Warranty on Polycarbonate Panels does not cover the following:

Damage to the product due to misuse, mishandling, and abuse. Products not used in accordance with manufacturer's instructions or recommendations. Normal wear and tear, along with wearing of the cover due to improper installation of cover and doors. Damage to the contents (items inside or under) of the shelter. Damage that has occurred during shipping. Acts of God. In addition, consequential damage and incidental damages, such as damage to persons or property are not covered under this warranty, and you should refer to your homeowner's insurance policy as with any other outside structure.


The Earthcare 15 Years Limited Warranty on Frames does not cover the following:

Damage to the product due to misuse, mishandling, and/or abuse.  Products not used in accordance with manufacturer's instructions or recommendations.  Normal wear and tear, along with wearing of the cover due to improper installation of cover and doors.  Damage to the contents (items inside or under) of the shelter (these are the items you have put in or on the shelter yourself).  Damage that has occurred during shipping.  Wind, Rain, Snowfalls, Tornados, Hurricanes, Flooding or any other Acts of God that are beyond our control.  In addition, consequential damage and incidental damages, such as damage to persons or property are not covered under this warranty, and you should refer to your homeowner's insurance policy as with any other outside structure.


You Must Meet The Qualifications Below To Get A Complete Refund

1.  Item is returned in original box, in the original condition and packaging that is was delivered in and received in.
2.  Any broken parts or damaged parts will be replaced, but not refunded.
3.  After receiving an authorized return code and item arrives at the warehouse our inspection team will inspect it.  Any broken parts or damaged parts found after returning will cause a less than full refund.  Items will be assessed and a partial refund will be issued. 
4.  Items found broken and beyond repair will not be refunded.
5.  Take pictures of items prior to returning and claim exact condition so there is no discrepancies.  Sometimes items are damaged during shipping and a claim is to be made with the shipping company.
6.  After meeting all the above qualifications then a refund will be issued.

Back Order Policy

Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item you purchased is back ordered, we will contact you with further instructions.

Taxes

Taxes are applied to orders for customers in North Carolina, USA.  All other orders require you, the customer, to pay the sales tax to the state you live in.  You simply fill out the form at the end of the year for all purchases made online.  Whitley & Griffin Enterprises, Inc and Salegreenhouse is not responsible for collecting State sales tax for purchases made outside of North Carolina.
