What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal and most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

What do I do if I have problems with my order?
If you have problems with your order, please Contact Us first thing. Then we can help you get your questions and concerns resolved quickly.

Is your site secure?
Yes. Our site is hosted on secure servers, and the checkout process is encrypted for your protection.

What if I'm looking for an item that you don't currently carry?
Due to our ever expanding product line, an item we carry may not yet be featured. If you can't find the item you are looking for, please Contact Us with the product name and description, and we will do what we can to help.

Do you ship items to Canada?

We have a special option for Canadian customers that live in Southern Alberta or SE British ColumbiaThe Eureka, Montana Shipping Outlet in Eureka, Montana is very close to the border, approximately 8 miles south of Roosville, BC, and another outlet in Sweetgrass, Montana.  They will accept your shipment for a small fee and hold it for you to pick up there.  This may save you tremedous time and money.  Contact them at http://www.montanashipping.com or call 406-297-2016 for Eureka Office or 406-335-7447 for Sweetgrass Office.  You will be responsible for all duties and taxes at the border. 

For all our shipments to Canada and other international destinations there are additional shipping charges and special instructions that you will need to take care of.  Additional shipping charges will included tariff taxes, duties, customs, international taxes and any other charges that are levied to shipment of products.  You will need to email us at support@salegreenhouse.com with the following information; your shipping and billing addresses, name of product, product SKU or number.  We will email back to you a shipping quote for your approval prior to order being placed and accepted for shipment.  You will need to discuss and determine the taxes and duties with your customs office as this will not be our responsiblity.  We are sorry if this causes you any inconvience.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes, we do ship outside of the USA, but there is an additional shipping charge and only for our Rhino Greenhouses.  Please see question about shipments to Canada.

What do I do about returns?
